This four week intensive workshop is perfect for students with basic sewing skills to advanced those skills and gain more workable knowledge of sewing. In this course you will learn to take measurements, cut fabric, garment construction with zippers, binding, darts and more. Class meets once a week Thursdays from 10:00am-2:00pm Class 1- How to take measurements, sew darts and create a skirt pattern for a skirt (math skirt) . Class 2- Make a tote reversible bag with a zipper and learn understitching as well as zipper construction. Class 3- Choose a to make either a raglan sleeve dress or top, working with knit fabric with knit bands and binding. Class 4- Learn to sew a princes seam dress or rumper from cutting to sewing. All projects to be completed in each class session. 4 week camp session cost $400 plus $50 per materials that include all fabric, zippers, elastic, thread and any sewing supplies need. room is limited to 5 students per session.
